Hurricane Deck Cutlery ships to locations within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Belize, Puerto Rico, Europe, Australia, Greenland, New Zealand, Antartica, Spain, Japan and other countries. 

International orders:  Please contact us by email if you are interested in placing an international order as it will be individually processed.  Shipping costs are based upon the number of items purchased and the buyer's location. A complete and detailed invoice will be delivered by email to complete the transaction.  Delivery times varies between 15 (fifteen) business days to 21 (twenty-one) business days.

Hurricane Deck Cutlery ships orders via USPS (regular mail), UPS for oversized packages and First Class International Mail for international orders.  Express and Overnight delivery are not available at this time.  Merchandise cannot be delivered to P.O Boxes. No direct pick-ups are allowed.

Insurance is not available for Canada, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Belize Puerto Rico and other international orders due to the risk of loss/damage during transit and delivery and loss/damage/denial of goods by customs.  Buyer assumes the risk of lost/stolen items and/or goods lost/stolen or seized by customs.  Refunds will not be issued for goods that are not received via domestic or international mail due to loss/damage and/or seized by customs. 

Please allow 7 (seven) to 12 (twelve) business days for domestic delivery.  Oversized and special order packages may require an additional 5 (five) business days to reach its destination.  Hurricane Deck Cutlery is not responsible for lost and stolen items during transit and/or upon delivery.

Buyer is responsible for any VAT, GST tax and/or customs duty.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days upon delivery of goods.  Goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition including manuals and any accessories.  Returns will not be accepted for Personal Grooming items such as razors, razor strops, nail clippers, nail nippers, shaving brushes, tweezers, mustache trimmers, barber shears, nail files, flasks, sleeping bags, first aid kits and water purifiers.

A restocking fee of 10% of the subtotal will be charged for open-box items such as knife block sets, small kitchen appliances, oversized items (including but not limited to) such as swords, spears, and rifle/ammunition cases.

Please allow at least 10 (ten) business days for returns to be processed and items to be inspected.  A credit will be issued in U.S. Dollars to your credit card (original form of payment).  A cashier's check will be issued to the original purchaser and address if you paid by check.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  We are not responsible for the exchange rate values at the time of refund for international orders.

A partial credit will be issued if the merchandise is visibly used, damaged, abused or has missing parts, manuals and/or accessories.

Please include a copy of your receipt with your return so that we may expedite your refund more efficiently.  Mail your return in a secure, well padded package to avoid damages with insurance and delivery confirmation for your protection to the following address:
